Seat types

Seat	Who	Can do
Owner	Whoever created the workspace	Everything a full member can do, plus invite people, revoke access, and manage billing
Full member	Anyone who works on the map	Edit the map, connect an AI tool, run sessions, and confirm decisions
Contributor	Anyone who answers questions	Answer and vote through a personal link. Cannot edit the map. Needs no account

Prices

Taxes may apply. A workspace starts with one full seat and 20 contributor seats.

Start the subscription

Only an Owner can do this.

Open Billing in the sidebar.
Select Start 14-day trial · card required.
Complete the checkout.

The page then shows Trialing or Active with your full seats, contributor seats, and the monthly subtotal before tax.

Change seats

Open Billing.
Select Change seats.
Enter the number of Full seats and the number of Additional contributor packs.
Select Apply paid seat change.

To update the payment method or cancel, select Manage payment or cancellation.

Invite a person

Open People. The header shows how many contributor seats are in use.
Select Invite.
Enter the Name and Email, and choose the Seat: Contributor or Full member.
Select Reserve seat.
Copy the personal invitation and send it to the person.

An invited person shows as Invited until they accept. Outstanding invitations count against your seats.

Revoke access

Open People.
Open the actions menu on the person’s row and select Revoke access.
Confirm.

The seat is released. Revocation applies on the person’s next action, including any open personal link.

When a subscription ends

If the subscription is past due, paused, or canceled, the workspace becomes read-only. Full members can still read and export everything. Nobody can add or change records until the subscription is active again.

AI tools and billing

AI tools cannot start, change, or cancel a subscription.
